This position works closely with internal teams to support financial reporting, reconciliations, audit activities, and ongoing process improvements. </p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES </p><p><br>• Prepare and post journal entries for balance sheet and income statement accounts </p><p><br>• Perform monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations and maintain general ledger   accuracy </p><p><br>• Manage intercompany transactions, payroll reconciliations, and related account  maintenance </p><p><br>• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations </p><p><br>• Support the preparation of financial statements and internal reporting </p><p><br>• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation </p><p><br>• Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and accounting processes </p><p><br>• Assist with internal and external audits </p><p><br>• Support special projects and ad hoc accounting initiatives as required </p><p>SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES </p><p><br>• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills </p><p><br>• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines </p><p><br>• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively </p><p><br>• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative </p><p><br>• Reliable, professional, and consistently demonstrates a positive attitude </p><p>EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS </p><p><br>• Enrolled in a CPA program (Is an asset but not required) </p><p><br>• Strong mathematical and analytical skills </p><p><br>• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word </p>Create Your Resume First
