Join a dynamic team where you'll lead the design and development of complex business applications under minimal supervision.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead design and development of complex application features for medium to large initiatives</li><li>Drive technical solution design collaborating with analysts, developers, and business partners</li><li>Create and maintain clear solution documentation and ensure team alignment</li><li>Own the full software development lifecycle from requirement review to delivery</li><li>Identify and mitigate integration and dependency risks early on</li><li>Develop and configure software on enterprise frameworks while promoting continuous improvement</li><li>Conduct peer code reviews and mentor team members on coding best practices</li><li>Support quality assurance through automated testing and test case reviews</li><li>Foster agile methodologies across the delivery team</li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of Guidewire application development experience</li><li>Proficiency with current programming languages, web services, and databases</li><li>Experience with Git, Bitbucket, TeamCity, Jira, and Confluence is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of the insurance industry and Agile development environments preferred</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences</li><li>Passion for teamwork and delivering high-quality solutions</li></ul>
