Certification Requirements
Mandatory:
CBAP Certification
– Certified Business Analysis Professional (IIBA)
Prosci (ADKAR)
– Organizational Change Management certification
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Valid certification preferred
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis related to system implementation and process mapping
Experience gathering requirements and supporting system implementations in a healthcare environment
Proven experience delivering projects across multiple healthcare sites or hospitals
Hands-on experience configuring Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems
Direct experience supporting the implementation of Electronic Home Care Record (EHCR) systems
