<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Document debt collections journeys and data needs Map COP 360 processes and integration points</li>
<li>Define KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements</li>
<li>Collaborate on API contracts and event models</li>
<li>Support UAT and production validation</li>
<li>Maintain backlog,.iso, user stories, and acceptance criteria</li>
<li>Align stakeholders across risk and operations Produce audit‑ready artifacts</li>
<li>Elicit and document banking API requirementstoos NFRs</li>
<li>Model customer journeys, data contracts, and error flows</li>
<li>Align cloud patterns with security compliance policies</li>
<li>Coordinate with architecture for reusable API standards</li>
<li>Define acceptance criteria and traceability to controls Support UAT production validation and change management</li>
<li>Partner with stakeholders on prioritization and ROI</li>
<li>Maintain backlog health and domain documentation</li>
</ul>
<h3>Salary Range</h3>
<p>CA$90,000 - CA$120,000 per year</p>
