<p><h3><b>Senior Business Analyst</b></h3><p>We are seeking a <b>Senior Business Analyst</b> to lead business analysis for complex, IT?enabled initiatives in a large, enterprise environment. This role owns the full business analysis lifecycle, partnering closely with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high?value solutions.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation</li><li>Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions</li><li>Document current and future state processes, gaps, and solution options</li><li>Support solution design, integrations, testing, and change activities</li><li>Contribute to procurement (RFPs), vendor evaluation, and delivery planning</li><li>Mentor other Business Analysts and promote best practices</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>8+ years of progressive business analysis experience</li><li>Strong facilitation, analytical, and communication skills</li><li>Experience with enterprise or COTS implementations and complex integrations</li><li>Comfortable operating in fast?paced, multi?project environments</li><li>PMP, Change Management, or Business Analysis certifications are assets</li></ul><h3>Work model</h3><ul><li>Hybrid work arrangement within British Columbia</li></ul><p>Apply now!</p><p>Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
