<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Senior Civil Engineer to support the continued expansion of the renewable energy team and help shape the future of sustainable infrastructure. Passion for engineering excellence and interest in cutting-edge energy projects across the UK, Ireland, Europe and beyond.</p><h3>What you’ll do</h3><ul><li>Senior Civil Engineer role across a diverse portfolio of energy projects, including onshore and offshore wind, solar PV, hydroelectric (run-off river and pumped storage), grid infrastructure, hydrogen production and storage, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).</li><li>Involved from feasibility through to detailed design and construction supervision, liaising with major energy utility providers and private developers.</li><li>Liaise with clients, manage project work on a day-to-day basis and ensure delivery within agreed timescales and budgets.</li><li>Coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams.</li><li>Lead and manage the design of civil infrastructure including roads, drainage, civil structural infrastructure and external works.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and respond to technical queries.</li><li>Produce high-quality reports (feasibility studies, inspection reports, design documentation).</li><li>Mentor and guide junior staff.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>BEng (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Chartered status or actively working towards chartership with the Institution of Civil Engineers or other relevant Institution.</li><li>This is a technical role requiring a high degree of competence in the design of civil or structural elements.</li><li>Experience in consultancy in Renewables, Battery, Onshore Wind, Solar.</li><li>Strong report writing and organisational skills.</li></ul><h3>What we offer</h3><p>Opportunities to develop technical and project management skills with strong career progression.
