About the Role
We’re seeking a Client Success Manager for a hybrid, client-facing execution role perfect for professionals who excel at structure, clarity, and driving momentum.
You’ll work directly with our founder and clients, attending meetings (in-person and virtual), managing follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring flawless execution without requiring micromanagement.
As our Client Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted face clients rely on, the strategic mind that transforms concepts into actionable plans, and the operational expert who keeps everything moving smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all client meetings (in-person and virtual) and manage comprehensive follow-ups
- Transform strategic ideas into structured, trackable tasks using ClickUp and Notion
- Coordinate seamlessly across internal teams (marketing, operations, automation)
- Conduct weekly progress check-ins, track deliverables, and proactively identify blockers
- Maintain clear communication channels between clients, leadership, and team members
- Uphold systematic processes, enforce timelines, and ensure full accountability
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Project Operations
- Proven track record leading client relationships and managing internal delivery teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong composure under pressure
- Passion for systematic approaches, checklists, and proactive problem-solving
- Advanced proficiency in ClickUp (or Asana), Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Professional presence with high emotional intelligence and meticulous attention to detail
- Preferred: Understanding of marketing workflows, automation systems, or CRM processes
