These opportunities are ideal for engineers with strong technical expertise, proven project delivery experience, and the ability to operate effectively within regulated, high-performance environments.</p><p>This role is designed to encapsulate multiple engineering disciplines and may suit professionals with backgrounds in <strong>Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, Process, Manufacturing, or Project Engineering</strong>, across sectors such as infrastructure, construction, energy, mining, manufacturing, utilities, and technology.</p><p></p>Key Responsibilities<ul><li> Lead or contribute to engineering projects from concept and design through to execution and handover </li><li> Apply advanced engineering principles to solve complex technical, operational, and business challenges </li><li> Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including project managers, operations, contractors, and consultants </li><li> Ensure compliance with Canadian regulations, provincial codes, and industry standards </li><li> Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation </li><li> Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and operational performance </li><li> Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff </li><li> Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management activities </li><li> Liaise with clients, suppliers, vendors, and regulatory bodies as required</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BEng or BASc) in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, or a related discipline </li><li><strong>7–15+ years of relevant engineering experience</strong>, depending on discipline and role scope </li><li> Proven experience working on complex engineering projects within infrastructure, energy, mining, construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments </li><li> Strong technical knowledge within your engineering discipline </li><li> Familiarity with Canadian standards, provincial codes, and regulatory requirements </li><li> Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills </li><li> Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li> Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams </li><li><strong>Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility for licensure is preferred</strong></li><li> Proficiency with relevant engineering software, tools, and systems</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Extended Healthcare Plan (Medical, Disability, Dental & Vision)</li><li>RPP - Group RRSP</li><li>Paid Time Off Benefits</li><li>Training & Development</li></ul></p></p>Create Your Resume First
