<h3>Senior Estimator – ICI – Ottawa</h3>

<h3>Job Description</h3>
<p>Key role requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for major ICI construction projects.</li>
<li>Collaborate with project teams to determine project scope and requirements.</li>
<li>Analyse project documents, specifications, and drawings to prepare estimates.</li>
<li>Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing bid proposals and tender submissions.</li>
<li>Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations to maintain up-to-date cost data.</li>
<li>Provide guidance and support to junior estimators within the team.</li>
<li>Participate in pre‑construction meetings and provide input to optimise project plans.</li>
</ul>
<h3>The Successful Applicant</h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years, proven experience in ICI focused project estimation.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques.</li>
<li>Proficiency in relevant software tools and estimating systems.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.</li>
<li>Effective communication and collaboration abilities.</li>
<li>Secret Security clearance is required.</li>
</ul>
