<p>This is a critical role working as a member of the FP&A team. This role will complete complex financial planning and analysis requirements, offering accurate reporting and thorough analysis of key business information and drivers. The Senior Financial Analyst is a tactical reporter of the business, with a financial focus that extends to all operating areas of the business, reporting to the Manager, FP&A. The ideal candidate is a professional who thrives on using advanced tools for finance systems, visual dashboarding & data mining.</p> <p><b>Job Duties and Responsibilities</b></p>
<li>This position is for senior-level finance professionals that are looking for a fast-paced work environment with ample opportunity for growth and learning</li>
<li>Perform financial forecasting and budgeting to support business planning and decision-making processes</li>
<li>Responsible for developing financial models, costing models, scenario analysis models, etc. to analyze product profitability using facts, data and financial analysis tools</li>
<li>Lead in the creation of financial, operational & executive dashboards using Power BI</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite software</li>
<li>Partners with cross-functional teams in identifying cost efficiencies for the business and evaluating cost management</li>
<li>Compile, analyze and distribute summary information relating to KPI’s & other metrics</li>
<li>Coordinate the implementation of processes that facilitate a more efficient month-end review process</li>
<li>Ensuring the accurate completion of monthly financial analysis for review by the Manager</li>
<li>Assist in the implementation and development of new systems and processes</li> <p><b>Position Details</b></p>

<li>Group Benefits offered – health, dental, etc.</li> <p>TMGNY</p> <p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p></p> <li>Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or 2+ years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst</li>
<li>University Degree in Commerce or Business Administration with a focus on finance, accounting, or economics. Equivalent education or experience may be considered</li>
<li>Professional Accounting Designation (CPA) or equivalent, or working towards the accounting designation</li>
<li>Proven ability to be self-driven, capable of adapting to change and simultaneously managing multiple tasks/ projects/ assignments</li>
<li>Ability to work with and manage confidential information and use independent judgment</li>
<li>Proven ability to work using Power BI, Tableau, etc.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written English communication skills</li>
<li>Knowledge in preparing PowerPoint presentations for senior management</li> <p><b>Preferred</b></p>
<li>Previous experience in corporate, manufacturing and/or supply chain logistics environment would be considered an asset</li>
<li>Experience working with WMS OR TMS software</li> Apply
