Job Description :

Characterize radio components and assist in creating models and soft compensation factors / functions.
Calibrate radios to meet performance and stability.
Work with power amplifier designers to bias and tune the power amplifier.
Work with designers to understand the radio link budget and integrate the radio components for performance and stability.
Tuning of DPD and CFR algorithms.
Assist the data path bring up from eCPRI to transceiver.

Essential Requirements :

5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Knowledge and understanding of standards and requirements for cellular systems (LTE, NR) such as 3GPP and FCC.
Fundamental understanding of digital signal processing, telecommunications, and microwave circuits.
Experience with MATLAB and Python programming
Experience with Automation
Experience working with instruments such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, and power supplies
Knowledge of fundamental RF measurements related to RX and TX.
Experience working with radio components such as power amplifiers, FPGAs, Transceivers and RF filters.
Experience working with RF equipment such as couplers, combiners, and attenuators.
Experience working with Raspberry Pis, ARM processors or equivalent.
