- Fundamental understanding of digital signal processing, telecommunications, and microwave circuits.

- Characterize radio components and assist in creating models and soft compensation factors / functions.
- Calibrate radios to meet performance and stability.
- Work with power amplifier designers to bias and tune the power amplifier.
- Work with designers to understand the radio link budget and integrate the radio components for performance and stability.
- Tuning of DPD and CFR algorithms.
- Assist the data path bring up from eCPRI to transceiver.
- 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

- Experience working with radio components such as power amplifiers, FPGAs, Transceivers and RF filters.
- Experience working with RF equipment such as couplers, combiners, and attenuators.
- Experience working with Raspberry Pis, ARM processors or equivalent.
