Overview
Delivery Consultant @ Agilus Work Solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in regulated industries, agile delivery, and a strong understanding of modern MarTech platforms. This is a mix of program and delivery manager type of role, leading the delivery of a personalization program. Strong delivery management experience paired with PM skills is required.
Must Have Skills
- 10+ years of experience in project/program delivery management within large enterprises, preferably in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, telecom).
- 5+ years’ proven track record of delivering personalization and GTM/MarTech technologies programs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technical teams.
Nice-To-Have Skills
- Experience working with MarTech platforms including Adobe Experience Platform (AJO, CDP, Target), Pega CDH, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud – strong asset.
- Experience with Agile methodologies; Scrum experience preferred.
- Familiarity with compliance, privacy, and data governance frameworks.
