This role is focused on expanding institutional adoption and building long-term relationships with sophisticated investors across traditional finance and crypto-native markets.</p><p>You will act as a trusted commercial partner to institutional clients, owning the full sales lifecycle while helping shape how institutional products are positioned and adopted globally.</p>Role Overview<p>This is a senior, revenue-driving role for someone with a strong institutional network and a deep understanding of crypto market structure. You will manage high-value accounts, originate new institutional relationships, and collaborate closely with internal trading, product, and compliance teams to support complex client needs.</p>What the Client Offers<ul><li><p>High-impact, globally scoped role within an institutional-focused crypto platform</p></li><li><p>Direct influence on revenue growth and institutional market expansion</p></li><li><p>Close collaboration with trading and product teams building institutional infrastructure</p></li><li><p>Competitive compensation aligned with performance and seniority</p></li><li><p>Long-term growth and career progression opportunities</p></li></ul>Key Responsibilities<p><strong>Institutional Client Development</strong></p><ul><li><p>Source, engage, and onboard institutional clients including hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, proprietary trading firms, and professional HNW investors</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain a high-quality global pipeline of institutional prospects</p></li></ul><p><strong>Relationship Management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Act as the primary point of contact for priority institutional accounts</p></li><li><p>Develop long-term relationships with senior decision-makers</p></li><li><p>Provide tailored market insights, product updates, and strategic support</p></li></ul><p><strong>Onboarding & Account Management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own the end-to-end onboarding process including due diligence, KYC/AML, account setup, and post-launch support</p></li><li><p>Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experience</p></li></ul><p><strong>Strategic Business Development</strong></p><ul><li><p>Negotiate and close complex institutional agreements</p></li><li><p>Represent the platform at industry events, conferences, and networking forums</p></li><li><p>Track market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity</p></li><li><p>Share client feedback to influence institutional product development</p></li></ul><p><strong>Revenue Ownership</strong></p><ul><li><p>Deliver against institutional sales and growth targets</p></li><li><p>Drive meaningful trading volume and long-term wallet share</p></li></ul>Qualifications<p><strong>Required</strong></p><ul><li><p>3+ years of experience in institutional sales, business development, or relationship management within crypto, capital markets, prime brokerage, or institutional trading environments</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of crypto markets, derivatives, and institutional trading workflows</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated success managing senior institutional relationships and closing revenue</p></li><li><p>Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, global, remote setting</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements for institutional onboarding</p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience with OTC desks, derivatives, or structured products</p></li><li><p>Exposure to API, quant, or algorithmic trading environments</p></li><li><p>Existing relationships with crypto-native funds, trading firms, or family offices</p></li><li><p>Multilingual capabilities for global business development (Mandarin is a strong asset)</p></li></ul></p></p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
