<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>Bachelors Degree from accredited Interior Design University or College</p><p>Must be able to commute to Toronto office</p><p>Legally entitled to work in Canada</p><p>Minimum 8 years experience in high-end hospitality design</p><p>Highly proficient in Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office applications</p><p>as well as a working knowledge of 3D Studio Max</p><p>Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, and deadlines</p><p>Able to work in fast paced environment</p><p>Exceptional graphics and presentation skills to communicate ideas including effective verbal and written skills</p><p>Ability to collaborate with other team members</p><p>Able to travel internationally</p><p>Strong client management and leadership abilities</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>-Lead and manage 1-2 projects, ensuring the successful execution of all phases of production with minimal supervision.</p><p>- Lead and assist management throughout all design phases, including Concept, Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), Construction Documents (CD), Finishes, Specifications, and Construction Administration (CA).</p><p>- Actively engage in key meetings with internal teams and clients to drive project success.</p><p>- Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with clients by expertly managing expectations and delivering compelling presentations.</p><p>- Master contract details to guarantee all deliverables are executed on time and align with the defined scope.</p><p>- Have a thorough understanding of project and team schedules to streamline processes.</p><p>- Drive the production of projects through all phases with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and leadership.</p><p>- Effectively coordinate with external project consultants such as lighting, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), structural, signage, and kitchen consultants to ensure seamless project integration.</p><p>- Strategically forecast, prepare, and assist in developing project schedules and milestones.</p><p>- Proactively support the management team in organizing impactful project meetings.</p><p>- Mentor and inspire Junior, Intermediate, and Senior Interior Designers, guiding all team members involved in the project.</p><p>- Take a leading role in client communication and ensure flawless consultant and internal collaboration throughout the project.</p><p>- Fully understand each project contract and scope of work, responding to clients&#39; requests, needs, and desires with precision and follow-through.</p><p>- Review project-specific shop drawings and expertly prepare documentation for Requests for Information (RFIs).</p><p> </p></p>Company Description<p>ELASTIC is a global award-winning firm of 100+ diverse and talented architects & designers based in Athens, Greece and offices in London, Toronto, Dubai and Cyprus.
