<h3>The Role</h3>
<p>We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join Moralia in a senior, client-facing capacity.</p>
<p>This role is suited to a designer who is equally comfortable shaping design vision, understanding how millwork is constructed, and leading projects and client relationships with confidence and professionalism.</p>
<p>You will work closely with Moralia’s leadership team to design, develop, and manage high-end projects — from early concept through execution — while representing the brand with discernment and authority.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Design refined, contemporary interior and millwork-driven spaces in collaboration with Moralia’s leadership</li>
<li>Lead client meetings, presentations, and design reviews with confidence and clarity
</li><li>Manage client accounts and projects with a luxury-service mindsetTranslate design intent into buildable solutions with a clear understanding of millwork construction</li>
<li>Conduct on-site measurements and site coordination as required</li>
<li>Oversee projects across multiple regions, including North America, the Caribbean, and Europe</li>
<li>Develop high-quality visual presentations and renders that communicate design intent clearly</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure alignment between design and execution</li>
<li>Maintain strong knowledge of contemporary and modern interior design, materials, and detailing</li>
<li>Integrate lighting considerations into both residential and commercial design work</li>
</ul>
<h3>Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>8–15+ years of professional interior design experience, with a strong focus on high-end residential and/or commercial projects</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience leading client relationships and managing projects from concept through execution</li>
<li>Proven ability to design with a clear understanding of how millwork is constructed, detailed, and executed</li>
<li>Experience working in design-led, boutique, or luxury-focused environments</li>
</ul>

<p>This role is suited to an experienced designer who takes ownership of their work and is comfortable being relied upon as a knowledgeable resource within the team.</p>
<h3>You Should Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in luxury residential and/or commercial interior design</li>
<li>A strong understanding of custom millwork construction and detailing</li>
<li>Experience in luxury sales and account management, with comfort leading client relationships</li>
<li>Excellent design judgment rooted in contemporary and modern aesthetics</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of lighting design and integration</li>
<li>The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and self-direct</li>
<li>Confidence working in both studio and remote environments</li>
<li>A valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel</li>
<li>Passion for design, innovation, and continuous refinement</li>
</ul>
<h3>Technical Skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>AutoCAD — required</li>
<li>SketchUp — required</li>
<li>3ds Max (or equivalent high-end rendering tools) — required</li>
<li>Ability to produce high-quality, presentation-ready renders</li>
<li>Mozaik experience is a strong asset (but not required)</li>
</ul>
