<p><p>Our client, a leading full-service interior design and FF&E procurement firm for the senior living market, is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead the team in creating enduring value for senior living communities.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provide space planning and design concepts that meet project requirements and building codes</li><li>Research and select appropriate finishes and furnishings within budget</li><li>Manage project timelines, budget, and quality from start to finish</li><li>Mentor and manage junior design team members</li><li>Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices</li><li>Occasional travel to the United States required</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>8+ years of experience in Hospitality Design, including senior living and furniture design</li><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design</li><li>Strong working knowledge of tender documents preparation & issuance</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch-up, and Illustrator</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage a team</li><li>Passionate, creative, and up-to-date with industry trends and best practices</li></ul><p>About the Company:</p><p>Our client is a leading full-service interior design and FF&E procurement firm for the senior living market.
