What will you do?

• Lead business/process analysis within Corporate Security business lines – evaluating current processes to identify opportunities for consolidation, leaning and automation.



• Author documentation to effectively convey requirements to various parties (e.g.

Use Case Diagrams, Process Diagrams, Business Requirements Document, Technical Design Document, User Stories).

• Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and future states.


• Lead interviews and workshops to extract information from relevant SMEs, demonstrating a preparedness to obtain maximum knowledge from each session.

• Participate in the overall system/solution development project via close collaboration with teammates.


• Lead the design and implementation of system solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives and are scalable, secure and efficient.

• Have the ability to drive home results by securing engagement with our partners and actively pushing deliverables to completion.


• Communicate effectively with all parties to overcome obstacles to achieve timely deliverables.

• Oversee and participate in system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements.


• Ensure project deliverables are on target through ongoing written and oral communication with participants.

• Other duties as required.


What do you need to succeed?



Must-Have:

• Undergraduate degree with a focus in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or other quantitative fields.


• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in a financial institution.

• Exceptional communication skills – clear and concise oral, written and presentation abilities.


• Exceptional ability to collect, analyze and interpret data.

• Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive process flow documentation and UML diagrams to support business analysis, system design and stakeholder alignment.


• Strong sense of ownership and initiative coupled with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly.

• Strong Confluence and Jira skills.



Nice to Have:

• Experience with Agile Software Development Methodology.

• Tableau experience.
