<p><h3>Overview</h3><p><b>Job Title:</b> Senior Machine Learning Engineer (3)</p><p><b>Location:</b> Saskatoon, or Calgary</p><p><b>Company:</b> Super GeoAI Technology Inc.</p><p><b>Role</b></p><p>We are hiring <b>three Senior Machine Learning Engineers</b> to help design, train, and deploy advanced AI models that power our next-generation agriculture technologies. In this role, you will <b>lead or co-lead AI development</b> for one of our flagship products, including:</p><ul><li><b>3D Grain Bin Fill Volume Measurement</b></li><li><b>Fungicide Application & Management</b></li><li><b>Hail Damage Assessment</b></li><li><b>Crop Yield Loss Assessment</b></li><li><b>Field Boundary Detection & Analysis</b></li></ul><p>You’ll play a key role in turning cutting-edge research into real-world solutions that farmers, insurers, and the agriculture sector rely on every day.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms.</li><li>Analyze and preprocess large-scale datasets to create robust, high-quality training pipelines.</li><li>Implement and optimize ML models for computer vision, deep learning, and geospatial AI applications.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams—software engineers, data scientists, and product managers—to integrate models into production systems.</li><li>Evaluate model performance using diverse metrics and continuously refine for accuracy, scalability, and reliability.</li><li>Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices in ML development.</li><li>Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring advancements in AI, ML, and computer vision research.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (<b>Ph.D. preferred</b>).</li><li><b>5+ years of industry experience</b> with a proven track record of building and deploying successful, AI-powered, high-impact projects or products.</li><li>Strong publication record in top-tier conferences/journals (e.g., <b>ICCV, CVPR</b>) preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in <b>Python</b> and machine learning frameworks such as <b>TensorFlow</b> and <b>PyTorch</b>.</li><li>Deep understanding of <b>ML algorithms, statistical methods, and large-scale data processing</b>.</li><li>Proven experience leveraging <b>AI-assisted coding tools</b> to accelerate coding, debugging, and optimization.</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.</li></ul><ul><li><b>This is more than a coding job—you’ll be shaping the AI systems that redefine agriculture worldwide.</b></li></ul></p>
