Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead day-to-day operations across multiple departments, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and service excellence.</li><li>Own the operational P&L and drive revenue management strategies to meet and exceed gross margin targets.</li><li>Set and communicate clear KPIs for managers, promoting accountability and performance across all teams.</li><li>Optimize workflows and documentation, including onboarding, training, and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Manage and grow vendor partnerships, including qualification, utilization, and performance oversight.</li><li>Provide 24/7 support for high-risk or escalated claims and lead the Command Centre response during catastrophic events.</li><li>Ensure compliance with provincial regulations (e.g., RTA) and internal quality standards.</li><li>Foster a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative team culture through coaching and development of management-level staff.</li><li>Champion a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with other departments, including sales, to ensure exceptional claim resolution and client service.</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>5–7 years of progressive experience in operations management within service-based sectors (e.g., hospitality, real estate, travel, or insurance).</li><li>Proven leadership experience managing teams of managers/leaders.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Logistics, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated financial ownership and P&L management.</li><li>Strong change management skills with the ability to drive performance and adoption in dynamic environments.</li><li>Advanced communication, delegation, and prioritization skills.</li><li>Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is an asset) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented and growth-driven mindset.</li><li>A collaborative leader with a practical, people-first approach to problem-solving and process improvement.</li></ul>
