As a Principal Mining Consultant, youare responsible forproviding premium consulting services to our clients. You will apply your expert Mining Engineering experience to provide recommendations to Mining Plus clients and projects across a variety of metal commodities. You will have the opportunity to work with our international team of technicalexperts onservicing projects globally.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provide ongoing technical oversight and engagement in mining studies (Scoping, Pre-feasibility & Feasibility)</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct mine asset due diligence and evaluations</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct mine planning, optimization projects, and mine economics modelling</li></ul><ul><li>Lead Mine Design and planning activities, including management of partner groups and sub-contractors</li></ul><ul><li>Write and review technical engineering Reports (NI43-101 or equivalent)</li></ul><ul><li>Oversight of <span >technicaldocuments,</span> and delivery of projects including design, review, and project management according to client-approved scopes of work</li></ul><ul><li>Be a champion for practical mining solutions for projects and <span >operations,leveragingour</span> existing foundation of global best practices.</li></ul><ul><li><span >Activelyleverageand</span> advocate for industry-leading technology and support implementation engagements (collaboration with our partner groups)</li></ul><ul><li>Lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams, working with professionals to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget</li></ul><ul><li>Actively mentor and develop staff in your team, in the interests of their long-term <span >careerobjectivesand</span> operational needs</li></ul><ul><li>Manage contractors and sub-consultants on projects (asrequired)</li></ul><p></p><p><span >Skills/Qualifications:</span></p><ul><li>15+ years of mining-technical experience</li></ul><ul><li>5+ years of relevant operational mining experiencerequired</li></ul><ul><li>Must be able to use Mine Planning software competently (Deswikor Datamine preferred)</li></ul><ul><li>Must be P.Eng.
