The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Product Engineer to join our team and help build, scale, and shape the next generation of our product. You’ll work across the entire software and infrastructure stack — from front-end UI to backend APIs to deployment pipelines. You’ll own features from idea to production and work closely with product, design, and leadership to drive high-impact work.
This is not just a dev role — it’s a product-minded, cross-functional role where you’ll help define what we build and how we build it. You’ll be trusted to take initiative, sweat the details, and bring your best ideas to the table.
What You’ll Do
- Build and ship new features end-to-end across the stack
- Lead the implementation of software architecture and design patterns to ensure maintainability, scalability, and performance.
- Identify technical challenges and propose innovative but pragmatic solutions to address complex problems.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
- Collaborate on product decisions with the team
- Optimize performance, security, and reliability across the system
- Contribute to our DevOps tooling and CI / CD pipelines
- Participate in product development sprints, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and internal demos, to deliver high-quality software releases on time.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor and guide developers to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

- Frontend : React, Tailwind CSS
We don’t believe in gatekeeping tools, great engineers can learn our stack quickly. If you’ve used Python, Ruby, or Node, and you love shipping product, we’d still love to talk.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in professional software development as a full-stack engineer
- Experience working in product-focused startups or fast-paced teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and finding solutions
- Deep empathy for users and desire to build things that make a difference
- Hands-on experience with modern web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend technologies (e.g., Laravel, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, Django, relational databases).
- Remote-first and Hybrid optional – work from anywhere in Canada and co-working space available in Toronto
