<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: $70,000 to $120,000 annually<br /><p>Triumph Aluminum and sheet metal is a leader in architectural Metals , Metal roofing , and Cladding</p><p><br /></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Set up and manage project contract, budget, and cost</li><li>Oversee multiple projects simultaneously<br /></li></ul><ul><li>Direct role in customer relations and sales</li><li>Project selection and strategy<br /></li><li>Coordinate material, and equipment</li><li>Manage and monitor RFIs, change orders, and contract documents<br /></li><li>Ensure all specifications, details, and applicable building codes are met<br /></li><li>Develop and monitor quality control documents including shop drawings, submittals, and field reports<br /></li><li>Maintain and develop relationships with customers and consultants<br /></li><li>Visit sites and meet with G.C.&#39;s / owners to coordinated start dates, site logistics, project readiness and schedule<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Desired Qualifications:</p><p> 5+ years of experience working with exterior cladding or sheet metal, at a Project Manager level preferred<br /> 4-year degree from a recognized architectural, engineering program, construction management, preferred<br /> Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills<br /> Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings</p><p> Organizational and communication skills</p><p> Strong negotiation skills<br /> Proficiency in MS office package<br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Compensation</p><ul><li>Salary Range:$70,000 $120,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)</li><li><span >Benefits:Comprehensive</span> health and dental coverage, paid vacation, 3 paid sick days</li><li>Vacancy Status:New, full-time position</li><li>AI Disclosure: Triumphdoes not use AI in candidate screening or selection</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p></p></p>
