Senior Project Manager - Demolition, Concrete & Specialty Projects

Were looking for a high performing Senior Project Manager to lead demolition concrete & specialty construction projects across the Maritimes. This role is ideal for someone from a specialty trade background (demolition concrete cutting / coring shotcrete hazardous material abatement environmental specialty civil etc) whos managed projects from the ground up and leads with clarity

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Own the execution of demolition concrete and specialty projects from kickoff to closeout
• Lead project planning resourcing and scheduling
• Manage communications with clients subcontractors and our field supervisors
• Monitor productivity costs timelines and solve problems before they escalate
• Drive safety and compliance expectations
• Collaborate with field team to ensure clarity execution and accountability
• Estimate price and secure projects

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of construction experience (specialty trade or GC background)
• Proven experience managing demolition concrete or specialty trade projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods sequencing & safety
• Confident with scheduling & cost tracking
• Valid drivers license
