They operate at the intersection of cutting-edge protocol design and social impact.</p><p><strong>Role Overview:</strong><br />We’re hiring a Senior Protocol Engineer to lead core architecture and full-stack development efforts for a fast-moving Web3 startup. This is a unique opportunity for someone who’s passionate about purpose-driven work and has deep technical experience in protocol and full-stack development.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br /> Lead the design and implementation of decentralized protocol components<br /> Build and maintain scalable backend systems<br /> Contribute across the stack in Rust and TypeScript<br /> Collaborate on infrastructure management using AWS or GCP<br /> Drive Solana or EVM-based smart contract development<br /> Work closely with product, design, and leadership to ship quickly and precisely</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br /><strong>Required:</strong><br /> 6+ years full-stack development experience<br /> 2+ years protocol engineering experience<br /> Strong command of Rust and TypeScript<br /> Experience with Solana or EVM development<br /> Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)<br /> Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments</p><p><strong>Preferred:</strong><br /> Startup or entrepreneurial experience<br /> Background in cryptography, ZK tech, or on-chain payment flows<br /> Passion for mission-driven or nonprofit-related work</p></p></p></p>
