Why This Role Exists
MaxYield is graduating from pilots to full commercial rollout with device OEMs, remote-patient-monitoring providers, CROs, Academic, Life Sciences and related Labs. We have a healthy inbound pipeline-and a sophisticated AI/automation stack that generates fresh prospects every week. We need a closer who can work the AI-built funnel and convert leads into revenue via MaxYield’s cloud API and SDK licences.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Based Prospecting: Operate Outreach and HubSpot sequences, Apollo, LinkedIn and our in-house GPT automations to enrich contact lists, score leads, and trigger outreach-then qualify the most promising targets.
- Demo & ROI Storytelling: Deliver live demos showing raw vs. neuralized ECGs, plus ROI calculators (labour savings, throughput gains, predictive-model accuracy).
- Deal Closing: Convert warm prospects into multi-year SaaS/OEM licences (typical ACV US $50K-500k), moving opportunities from discovery to signed agreement.
- Value Engineering Build custom business-case decks using MaxYield analytics (e.g., 60 % cost reduction, 3 data yield) to secure executive buy-in.
- Pipeline & Forecast Accuracy Maintain a transparent HubSpot pipeline with AI-powered probability scoring and 60-day close cadence.
- Customer Feedback Loop Capture field feedback and feed it to Product so MaxYield’s SDK, docs, and onboarding stay friction-free.
What Success Looks Like (First 100 Days, 12 Months)
First 100 Days
- Complete fluency using the AIML Innovations Inc., Blitz-Scale AI Prospecting and Lead Generation pipeline
- Book and Conduct 10 Discovery meetings per week.
- Develop 5 BANT-Qualified Opportunities per week
- Develop 3 Proposals per week
- Close 1 Account per week working with our Customer Delivery Team
12 Months
- US $1.5 million in new MaxYield ARR booked
- 30-40 active live customers across multiple verticals.
Ideal Profile Must Have:
- 5+ yrs med-tech or digital health sales (ideally ECG or cardiology)
- Demonstrated hunter/closer with US $1 m annual quota and fluent in CRM Best Practices with HubSpot or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with AI/automation prospecting tools-HubSpot workflows, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GPT email sequencing
- Familiarity with AI, ML and NN technologies.
- – Literate in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience in Cold Calling, Moving Leads through the Funnel (from first-touch to close), & Drafting LOIs + Account Plans
- Recording notes from all engagements
- Chase-to-close / Hunter-Killer Personality
Nice To Have:
- Familiarity with FDA 510(k), Health Canada and/or CE-MDR
- Network in ambulatory monitoring, EP labs, CROs, Healthcare and Life Sciences Institutions.
- Bilingual (English + Spanish)
