Location: Remote

Jurisdiction: Global

Minimum commitment: 20 hours per week

Department: Tech Core – Ops & Launch Layer – Growth Deployment & Creator Platforms

Reports To: Chief Operations

This Is Not a Job. It’s a Stake.

What You Put In Is What You Get Out

This is a role for operators who think like architects, for technical leads who thrive in the details, and for those who want to transform vision into executional velocity at the ground floor of something global.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Anime Universe Global, you’ll own the operational threads that pull together our creator platforms, growth deployment engines, and cross-platform infrastructure—bridging systems and teams to ship at scale.

Minimum commitment: 20 hours/week. If that’s not feasible, this isn’t your stage.

This is an equity partner role. That means:

  • No upfront cash compensation
  • Equity (shares) at founding partner level (vesting standard)
  • Future token-based rewards (pending legal review)
  • Salary activates with revenue-based milestones
  • Remote-first, async-native, prototype-and-play execution model

Let’s Be Absolutely Clear

We are not managing timelines—we are engineering acceleration.

No legacy systems. No middle-management buffering. No half-measures.

We define velocity through ownership. We run on clarity, alignment, and trust.

This role is for someone who wants to lead from the front—translating vision into executed systems and orchestrating across complexity with calm precision.

If you’re looking for a well-oiled machine, this isn’t it.

If you’re ready to build one—step right up.

Overview

As a Senior TPM, you’ll coordinate mission-critical programs across Operations, Growth Deployment (GD), and Creator Platforms (CP). You’ll work alongside core leaders to design, plan, and launch initiatives that touch our tech stack, creator tools, token frameworks, and community-driven pipelines.

Your core mission: Build operational cohesion between systems, scale, and strategy.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch across Ops, GD, and CP
  • Define and maintain program roadmaps, milestone plans, and ownership matrices
  • Translate vision and product goals into scoped, executable project tracks
  • Facilitate deep alignment across Engineering, Product, Content, and Growth teams
  • Set up agile systems of record (Notion, Airtable, etc.) that scale with team needs
  • Identify and unblock operational dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks
  • Drive retrospective learnings, metric-based assessments, and system optimizations
  • Establish governance around scope, communications, and stakeholder syncs
  • Act as the execution layer between strategy and systems—owning delivery at every level

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years in technical program management, platform ops, or systems launch coordination
  • Track record of managing large-scale cross-functional initiatives with ambiguity
  • Strong fluency in async coordination, sprint/roadmap design, and agile methodologies
  • Comfort with tools like Notion, Miro, Jira, Airtable, and Slack-based operational models
  • Excellent systems thinking—able to see across silos and identify leverage points
  • Skilled in status reporting, escalation frameworks, and remote-first execution
  • Bonus: Experience in entertainment tech, gaming platforms, or creator ecosystems
  • Bonus: Familiarity with token ecosystems, community ops, or blockchain tooling

Compensation

  • Equity (Shares): Founding partner-level equity
  • Token-Based Rewards: Potential future compensation pending compliance
  • Future Salary: Activates with revenue benchmarks
  • Remote First: Globally distributed, async-first, autonomy-driven culture

Our Promise

We’re not here to scale routine—we’re here to scale brilliance.

We’re designing infrastructure for decentralized creativity.

We build the systems that empower others to build.

If you’re ready to turn strategy into shipped systems—this is your place.
