<p>Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager – FedRAMP & Identity Access Management</p> <p>Location: Hybrid (3 days remote), Vancouver, Canada OR Toronto, Canada<br>Experience: 7+ Years<br>Rate: $80 to $85 CAD PH<br><br>Role Summary: NearSource is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-grade Trust, Access, and FedRAMP initiatives for a Fortune 500 product company. This role partners closely with security, compliance, engineering, and product leadership to execute regulatory programs and drive a secure access strategy across cloud platforms.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead and execute FedRAMP authorization programs, including audit coordination, evidence collection, and compliance documentation</li><li>Drive Access Management initiatives aligned with Zero Trust principles and regulatory requirements</li><li>Architect and manage detailed program plans covering scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies</li><li>Partner with engineering, trust, security, and product teams to define program goals and measurable outcomes</li><li>Monitor, track, and report program status against organizational objectives and regulatory milestones</li><li>Identify, escalate, and resolve program risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies</li><li>Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders and external auditors or assessors</li><li>Ensure adherence to FedRAMP, NIST controls, and internal security and compliance policies</li><li>Promote a security-first mindset and continuous improvement across delivery teams</li></ul> <p>Must-Have Skills</p><ul><li>Proven experience leading FedRAMP authorization or similar regulatory compliance programs</li><li>Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and technologies</li><li>Demonstrated success in technical program management across cross-functional engineering and security teams</li><li>Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for program tracking and documentation</li><li>Familiarity with GRC platforms for compliance documentation and controls management</li><li>Working knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, with emphasis on compliance services</li><li>Experience with IAM tools such as Okta and Azure AD</li></ul> <p>Nice-to-Have Skills</p><ul><li>Prior ownership of end-to-end FedRAMP authorization efforts</li><li>Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and modern access management solutions</li><li>Experience operating in fast-paced, multi-program enterprise environments</li><li>Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder influence skills</li></ul> <p>Experience & Education</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field</li><li>7+ years working with engineering or security teams on complex initiatives using Agile methodologies</li><li>5+ years in technical program management or a closely related role</li></ul> <p>Apply now, or share your resume with salary expectations at <br>Thank you for considering a career with us.
