Join our team as a Senior Traffic Operations Engineer and make a difference in transportation planning and engineering.

Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead transportation projects, including technical analysis, stakeholder liaison, project management, and proposals.
- Develop transportation studies such as multi-modal, master plans, environmental assessments, and traffic impact studies.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support proposal / report preparation.
- Coordinate public consultations and utilize software like Synchro, VISSIM, Arcady, EMME, and MS Office.
- Conduct field investigations and traffic data collection.
- Design traffic management solutions and assist with technical mentoring.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on transportation.
- Qualified or eligible for Ontario P.Eng. designation.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting.
- Experience with transportation planning, design, and multi-modal infrastructure.
- Knowledge of geometric design, traffic demand forecasting, and Municipal Class EA process.
- Strong communication, report writing, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with municipalities is a plus.
- Valid Ontario G license and access to a vehicle.
