Our software is <strong>mission-critical</strong> — it is used directly by videographers and photographers <strong>on-site at live events</strong>, often under tight timelines, large file sizes, and real-world constraints.</p><p>When our software works well, events run smoothly. When it doesn’t, everything feels it.</p><p>We are looking for a <strong>senior desktop developer</strong> who takes pride in building reliable systems, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants to <strong>own a core product long-term</strong>.</p><hr /><strong>The Role</strong><p>This is a <strong>hands-on, desktop-first development role</strong> focused on our Windows application used by field teams. You will take ownership of a mature VB.NET / C# codebase and work closely with the CTO to <strong>reduce operational pressure</strong>, improve stability, and continuously evolve the product.</p><p>This is not a web-only or greenfield role.
