We are looking for an experienced Windows Senior Engineer on behalf of your client, a global IT company. Open for candidates in Toronto or Montreal.
Responsibilities:
- Sustain existing systems by providing level 3 support to help investigate and identify root causes for escalating issues.
- Ensure solutions developed meet security, supportability, and performance requirements identified by our stakeholders, regulators, and the organization at large.
- Create technical and operational management documentation including design and support docs, operational runbooks, internal knowledge base articles, etc.
- Ensure that we meet the business expectations of high availability, performance, and overall user experience.
- Create, review, maintain and disseminate knowledge through documentation and demonstrations of the technologies, tools, and methodologies that are used to support them.
Qualifications
- SCCM and Intune Admin with 8+ years of experience
- Deep Technical understanding of Microsoft SCCM (OSD, Site Administration, Patching, SW Deployment)
- Deep Technical understanding of Microsoft SCCM with Strong troubleshooting mindset (i.e. parsing event logs, Sy Internals tools, analyzing memory dumps etc.)
- Experience of Intune Administration, Deployment and Autopilot
- Scripting skills with PowerShell
- Experience in automation
