Coordinate scheduling for the Field Service Department
Create and revise preliminary schedules for Service which details the sequence of all work to be performed prior to project start date.
Maintain and revise summary and detailed schedules for installations and repair at customer’s site
Assist Service Manager in creating job schedules and monitor such schedules to determine impact on timelines.
Ensure schedules correlate with client expectations and timelines.
Maintain an active parts and equipment list
Answer and respond to customers request via phone and/or email – parts, machine installations, tracking shipments
Required Skills/Abilities:
Expert Problem-Solving Skills
Microsoft Office (Word, Advanced Excel) and Outlook
Technologically Savvy
Detail Oriented and organized
Skilled in analytical problem solving
Demonstrated ability in inputting data schedules
Exceptional time management and organization skills
