<p>The Service Coordinator plays a vital role in the Pointe-Claire Branch as a key contributor in superior customer service as a primary contact for internal and external customers.</p><p>Job Type: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Compensation: Range from $48,867.00 to $61,084.00 CAD</p><p>As a Service Coordinator, YOU will experience:</p><ul><li>Working within one of the safest organizations in the industry where your safety and well-being are our most important priority</li><li>Working for the best in class equipment dealer and with the premium Caterpillar brand</li><li>Opportunities to continuously Learn, Grow and Develop with our Toromont team through our internal Training teams that are geared for your success</li><li>Competitive total rewards including: wages, benefits, and premiums (as eligible)</li><li>An opportunity for flexible work schedules and opportunities across multiple locations across Eastern Canada</li></ul><p>In a typical day, YOU will:</p><ul><li>Proceeds with the opening, closing and invoicing of work orders (warranties and others)</li><li>Participates in the planning of work load and schedules</li><li>Prepares quotations, purchase orders, parts requisitions and other material resources</li><li>Supports the foreman in administrative duties and daily planning of events</li><li>Makes the link between engineering and shop departments</li><li>Coordinates and helps at baskets preparation (parts) for production</li><li>Follows up on missing parts during production and proceeds to requisition if applicable</li><li>Participates in planning meetings</li></ul><p>Must-haves for this role:</p><ul><li>High School Diploma, Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or College Diploma an asset</li><li>3 to 5 years experience in a production or customer service environment</li></ul><p>About Toromont Cat Power Systems</p><p><em>Toromont Cat Power Systems is an industry leader in the supply and integration of backup and prime power generation systems, rental generators, marine engines and industrial engines through customized engineering and packaging.
