We are seeking a talented Service Designer to join our team and collaborate with an exciting Arts & Culture client.
If you enjoy crafting meaningful experiences, mapping user journeys, and translating research into actionable insights, this role could be a great fit.
This is a remote, full-time position for 3+ months, with a pay range of $55.00 / hr – $65.00 / hr, based on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Design user journeys and service blueprints to improve the overall experience.
- Conduct research through interviews, surveys, and documentation to inform strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine service solutions.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations and innovative service improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in service design, user research, or related fields.
- Ability to synthesize research into clear blueprints and recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
