The work of Salesforce Developers provides clients and teams with support, leadership, and direction to ensure projects are executed well and deliver engagements as promised.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs.
  • Ensure adherence to development and coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
  • Utilize debugging tools such as APEX logging to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Manage source code, branching, and version control using GitHub.
  • Conduct unit and functional testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce consulting role, including completion of at least 3 projects in a development role.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Force.com developer / administrator.
  • 5+ years of experience with database technologies such as SQL, PL / SQL, and relational database schema design.
  • 5+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with debugging tools such as APEX logging.
  • Experience with GitHub for code merging and branch management.
  • Experience with unit and functional testing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with DevOps, including test automation (BDD), source code management, and promoting code to higher environments.
  • Experience with Jenkins for CI / CD pipelines.
  • Experience building highly scalable applications.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
