The work of Salesforce Developers provides clients and teams with support, leadership, and direction to ensure projects are executed well and deliver engagements as promised.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs.
- Ensure adherence to development and coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Utilize debugging tools such as APEX logging to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Manage source code, branching, and version control using GitHub.
- Conduct unit and functional testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce consulting role, including completion of at least 3 projects in a development role.
- 5+ years of experience as a Force.com developer / administrator.
- 5+ years of experience with database technologies such as SQL, PL / SQL, and relational database schema design.
- 5+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with debugging tools such as APEX logging.
- Experience with GitHub for code merging and branch management.
- Experience with unit and functional testing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DevOps, including test automation (BDD), source code management, and promoting code to higher environments.
- Experience with Jenkins for CI / CD pipelines.
- Experience building highly scalable applications.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
