<p>Job Summary<br><br>We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication processes and possess the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves working with various materials and utilizing advanced fabrication techniques to produce high-quality components for our manufacturing operations.</p><p>Duties</p><ul><li>Fabricate metal components according to specifications using MIG and TIG welding techniques.</li><li>Operate machinery including plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other power tools.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly and production.</li><li>Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers for precise measurements.</li><li>Conduct rigging operations safely when moving heavy materials or components.</li><li>Perform machining tasks as required to achieve desired specifications.</li><li>Assemble ductwork and other fabricated parts for construction projects.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.</li></ul><p>Experience</p><ul><li>Proven experience in metal fabrication or a related field is essential.</li><li>Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, and other welding techniques is required.</li><li>Familiarity with operating cranes and forklifts is a plus.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.</li><li>Experience in manufacturing environments, particularly in assembly processes, is preferred.</li><li>Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations are necessary.
