Come be a part of our growing team!</p><p></p><p><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW</strong></p><p>We are looking for <strong>Seasonal Sign Shop Technicians</strong> to join our team! As a vital member of the production team, the Sign Shop Technician is responsible for making standard and custom signs. This includes but is not limited to substrate preparation, lamination, application of vinyl and digitally printed graphics, and maintaining inventory control.</p><p><em>We are open to part-time hours or individuals with flexible hours to assist us through our busy remaining season. This Season, we are anticipating until end of October of busyness. </em></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>WHAT WE CAN OFFER</strong></p><ul><li>Full benefits package (health, vision, dental, disability, etc.)</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health Savings Account</li><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Strong vacation entitlement with bonus paid leave over Christmas</li><li>Growing Company with room for professional development and advancement</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare vinyl and digitally printed materials for application</li><li>Prepare various substrates</li><li>Complete data entry</li><li>Assist in other production tasks</li><li>Operation and basic maintenance of roller table and other equipment/tools</li><li>Assist in quality control of all production</li><li>Complete machine maintenance when necessary</li><li>Work individually and in a team setting</li><li>Maintain accurate stock and materials records</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe working environment</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Dependability and reliability</li><li>Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods of time, handle power tools and other equipment, and bend/reach over working tables</li><li>General working knowledge of computers, spreadsheets, google docs</li><li>Ability to balance quality, speed, and attention to detail</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>HOURS OF WORK</strong></p><p>The typical business hours are from Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
