With a long-standing reputation for excellence, our client is seeking a Site Superintendent who specializes in interiors to lead day-to-day on-site operations across various tenant improvement and office fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee all aspects of on-site construction for interior commercial projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution on site.
  • Conduct daily site meetings, enforce safety protocols, and maintain an organized, clean, and compliant work environment.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to align construction activities with project schedules and deliverables.
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents with accuracy and confidence.
  • Identify potential issues proactively and implement solutions to avoid delays or disruptions.
  • Maintain consistent communication with internal teams, consultants, and clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
  • Ensure all construction complies with local codes, company standards, and health & safety regulations.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent, preferably with a focus on commercial interior construction.
  • Strong background in high-end tenant improvements, corporate office spaces, or design-forward interior builds.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction practices, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple trades simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with construction management tools and technologies.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the GTA as required.
