<p>Must have <b>experience with fire separation of 3-4 story wood-frame apartments buildings</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p>Scope includes reviewing all projects drawings and specification prior to construction</p><p>Scope includes preparation of construction site management plan</p><p>Scope includes review of all CCDC-17 contracts and ensure no scope gaps.</p><p>Attend bi-weekly meetings with, owner and trade contractors</p><p>Scope includes assisting CM in execution of construction manager as per CCDC 17 contracts with trade contractors during construction phase of project</p><p>Scope includes reporting and reviewing all trade contractor invoicing during construction phase</p><p>Scope includes review of all submittals / shop drawings</p><p>Scope includes close-out of project</p><p>Confirm experience with CCDC Contracts</p><p>Confirm experience with Procore or Autodesk</p><p>Assist CM is executing roles and responsibilities of CCDC5A and CCDC17 contracts</p><p>Provide full time on-site supervision</p><p></p>Create Your Resume First
