Whether you're an experienced professional or a newcomer looking to start your career, we encourage you to apply for this position.</p><p></p><p><br /></p><p>Perks/Benefits of M3 Staffing:</p><ul><li>Weekly pay (via eTransfer).</li><li>Competitive wages with opportunities for wage growth.</li><li>Full-time or part-time hours (depending on client needs) thereby giving you employment that fits your schedule.</li><li>Paid training so that you may develop more skills and advance your knowledge and career!</li></ul><p></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Unloading tools, preparing necessary materials and setting up required equipment.<br /></li><li>Knowledge of basic tools and power equipment.</li><li>Perform construction and renovation tasks.</li><li>Drywall installation, Board, Tape & Mudding.</li><li>Operate and maintain tools and equipment.</li><li>Handle materials and transport them on job sites.</li><li>Adhere to safety protocols.</li><li>Collaborate with team members.</li><li>Ensure work meets quality standards.</li><li>Troubleshoot and solve issues.</li><li>Maintain job site cleanliness.</li><li>Document work progress and report to supervisors.</li><li>Be adaptable and take on new responsibilities as needed.<br /></li><li>General clean-up of the site; sweeping, shoveling, removing, and properly disposing of debris and waste materials and overall site maintenance.<br /></li></ul><p></p><p>Qualifications & Must Haves:</p><ul><li>Solid understanding of construction processes and being able to complete assigned tasks independently and without supervision.<br /></li><li>Ability to communicate effectively, work individually, in a team and follow instructions</li><li>Strong site safety awareness.</li><li>Lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
