<h3>Small Business Advisor – Saskatoon</h3>
<p>We’re looking for a Small Business Advisor to join our team in Saskatoon who thrives on developing relationships and providing creative solutions. You will provide needs based holistic financial advice (e.g.: credit and wealth solutions; cash management services to support banking and deposit management) to small business members.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Providing holistic financial advice to our small business members</li>
<li>Guiding members through loan application processes, ensuring eligibility and creditworthiness, and assisting in underwriting for small business loans</li>
<li>Keeping up-to-date on industry trends and knowledge to have proactive advice‑based conversations fueled by a passion to help our small business members meet their financial goals</li>
<li>Marketing yourself to increase your book of business within the local community</li>
<li>Building and strengthening relationships with our Small Business Members by balancing your time in branch and conducting site visits.</li>
<li>Ensuring a healthy balance between opportunity and risk and between growth and profitability for Conexus</li>
</ul>
<h3>Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of previous credit and advisory experience in a financial institution</li>
<li>Proven relationship management skills</li>
<li>Experience in business or agricultural lending</li>
<li>Post‑secondary education related to agriculture or business is an asset</li>
<li>Experience in the agriculture industry or running a small business is an asset</li>
