Green and Spiegel LLP is seeking a Software Developer and IT Support to assist with ongoing customizations of our practice management application deployed across our environment. This individual will participate in upgrades, support ongoing customizations, troubleshoot issues, and lead technology projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, high organization skills, strong customer support abilities, and the capacity to work independently and in a team.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage upgrades and ongoing customizations of applications across the firm
  • Liaise with support personnel to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Lead data security initiatives, including security awareness training
  • Support ongoing IT projects and development efforts
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and provide technical training
  • Develop reports using the practice management application, SSRS, and Power BI
  • Create queries and stored procedures using MS-SQL Server Management Studio

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or college certificate in a relevant IT program
  • Experience with .NET, Java, or other object-oriented development tools (minimum 2 years)
  • Knowledge of data security best practices
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • HTML and C# knowledge are assets
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle various duties professionally
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated, organized, dependable, with excellent time management and interpersonal skills
