The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Software Engineer to join our team, reporting directly to the Director, Software Engineering.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain custom Drupal modules and themes.
Build and optimize responsive, user-friendly websites using Drupal 10+.
Write clean, well-documented, and efficient PHP code.
Integrate third-party APIs and services into Drupal applications.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
Stay current with Drupal and PHP best practices, tools, and trends.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in Drupal.
Hands on knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks (such as Laravel, Symfony).
Understanding of MVC design patterns.
Proficient in front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Experience with RESTful APIs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Nice to have:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with Vue, React or similar SPA frameworks.
Experience with NodeJS.
Experience with serverless architecture.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
