<h3>Full Stack Software Engineer</h3>
<p><b>Location:</b> Hybrid (Onsite in Hamilton, ON)</p>

With our founding team and customers based in the US, we are expanding our engineering capabilities in Canada. <p><b>Your Role</b><br/>As a Full Stack Software Engineer at SalesJack, you'll lay the technical foundation for new features and products used by construction supply businesses. You'll work closely with founders and lead engineers, owning major parts of our greenfield product development. We highly value a startup mentality—taking initiative, moving quickly, and iterating solutions based on real customer feedback.</p>
<p><b>What You’ll Do:</b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Design, develop, and maintain full stack features for our CRM and automation tools</p></li>
<li><p>Work across our modern frontend (React.js, Next.js) and backend (Node.js or Java Spring Boot) stacks, interfacing with PostgreSQL databases</p></li>
<li><p>Build and maintain reliable authentication and role-based access control (auth/RBAC) mechanisms</p></li>
<li><p>Develop robust, workflow-driven automation tools using technologies like Cadence or Temporal</p></li>
<li><p>Contribute to architectural decisions, technical strategy, and team culture as an early hire</p></li>
<li><p>Collaborate with founders, engineers, and users in a fast-paced and supportive environment</p></li>
</ul>
<p><b>What We’re Looking For:</b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>2+ years experience as a full stack software engineer (professional or notable personal projects)</p></li>
<li><p>Strong knowledge of React.js and Next.js for frontend development</p></li>
<li><p>Experience with either Node.js or Java Spring Boot for backend APIs and services</p></li>
<li><p>Proficient in designing and querying PostgreSQL databases</p></li>
<li><p>Familiarity with authentication/authorization (auth/RBAC) systems</p></li>
<li><p>Experience (or strong interest) in automation and workflow engines like Cadence or Temporal</p></li>
<li><p>Excited to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a startup/greenfield environment</p></li>
