We are looking for a strong API Test Lead (SDET) who is ready to be hands-on with Rest Assured. The ideal candidate should also have some familiarity with Tibco.
Primary Skills
- Expertise in API Testing using Rest Assured (Java), covering system, functional, integration, and automation testing.
- Ability to understand requirements and lead testing efforts from both functional and automation perspectives.
- Strong leadership skills to identify issues, analyze risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure quality.
- Experience in defining testing strategies and approaches for complex technical implementations.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate with teams to remove roadblocks for quality engineers.
- Facilitation of defect triage calls and effective defect management.
- Ability to maintain and communicate QA metrics regularly to internal teams and customer stakeholders.
- Proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills, team collaboration, and keen attention to detail.
Secondary Skills
- Experience working on Digital Transformation projects.
- UI Testing expertise, including Compatibility Testing, Accessibility Testing, and Selenium Automation (Java).
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in TIBCO platform.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and committed to continuous quality improvement.
