Role: Solution Owner
As a Solution Owner, you will lead delivery efforts, focusing on impactful business outcomes for key clients. You will be embedded with skilled teams, engaging with clients on prioritization, backlog management, and planning, and responsible for project and program success. Our Solution Owners are versatile generalists, adaptable to new roles and continuously acquiring new skills. Success in this role requires a learner’s mindset, servant-leader mentality, and a passion for execution. Candidates from engineering, design, or project management backgrounds, with experience in consultative selling, account planning, and partnerships, especially with AWS, GCP, or Microsoft certifications, are preferred.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of leadership experience in agile project delivery or consulting.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with multiple agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Proven experience leading complex technical delivery across diverse teams.
- Excellent listening skills, executive presence, and empathetic leadership.
- Solid understanding of budget and contract management, including burn rates and forecasts.
- Technical knowledge supporting customer data & analytics, with experience in cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) preferred.
- Ability to anticipate risks and align delivery strategies proactively.
What You’ll Do
- Lead large, complex projects across various industries in a hands-on manner.
- Define and operate within an agile framework, including estimation, backlog management, ceremonies, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Guide discovery teams to help clients clarify their vision and plan for future development.
- Champion change, adapting to evolving requirements and incorporating feedback into product increments.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Wear multiple hats—quality assurance, business analysis, scrum master, DevOps, UX—as needed, with a consulting, curious, and servant-leader approach.
- Serve as the escalation point, managing risks, issues, and roadblocks.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders, including client partners and executives, on project status and risks.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, prototypes, and demos.
