Our purpose is to generate outcomes that make a difference by making our solutions easy, <span >highlyfunctionaland</span> quick to value.<br><br></p><p>We are looking for a Solutions Architect to help us create and design solutions to solve client business challenges and generate elated end-users of their systems. You will work to ensure sufficient data / information is gathered to build a solution architecture, information architecture, and / or detailed solution design. In addition, you will work closely with the project team to ensure high quality implementation of the design.<br><br></p><p>Our ideal candidate will be a technically savvy individual who has extensive experience with implementing or architecting solutions on multiple projects.The candidate will also havea strong <span >communicationability</span> anddemonstratethe capacity to understand the audience and the problem to be solved; An ability to lead all stakeholders to a common and successful outcome.<br><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Engage clients around business problems, ensurecommon understandingand clarity, and own the context from initiation to delivery conclusion.</li></ul><ul><li>Support the sales teams in client meetings and estimation.</li></ul><ul><li>Innovate across technology and teams to derive a practical and impactful solution.</li></ul><ul><li>Participate in the development of solutions conceived, driven, and owned by Service Delivery.</li></ul><ul><li>Create high quality solution design and design documentation.</li></ul><ul><li>Present, articulate andalign clients to theright design outcomes.</li></ul><ul><li><span >Ensuregoodpractices</span> and consistent delivery approaches areutilizedon assigned projects.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide input to Project Managers on project planning and estimating efforts for each assigned project.</li></ul><ul><li>Structure work and produce deliverables that align with the scope and budget of projects.</li></ul><ul><li>Structure and drive design reviews.</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate the risks and benefits of <span >design/architectural</span> options to an audience with diverse technical backgrounds.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage client expectations related to the design to reach successful client sign-off.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct code reviews whereappropriate.</li></ul><ul><li>Participate inidentifyingand creating re-usable assets to improve efficiency and consistency of delivery across projects in the areas of design, installation, and migration.</li></ul><p></p><p>Skills</p><ul><li>Strong written communication, verbal independently.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to understand the functional design and technical project requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Good understanding of Cloud Based technology and containers including Azure, AWS, Google, Docker, and Kubernetes.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong all round IT skills including <span >SQL,.NetDevelopment,</span> Web, Mobile, Security, Infrastructure and Virtualization.</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated understanding of agile and waterfall implementation methodologies.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to understand and interpret complex technical documentation.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to present the solutions to multiple levels (CTO/CIO level, developer level, etc.) and areas (functional and technical) within a client organization.</li></ul><ul><li>Proventrack recordof delivering projects on time and within budget.<br><br></li></ul><p>Key Attributes and Qualifications:</p><ul><li>BSc/BA or equivalent work experience</li></ul><ul><li>7+ years experience in a client-facing or consulting role</li></ul><ul><li>A desire to learn and drive own continuous learning in an ever-changing technology landscape</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to effectively influence and align client thinking and agenda.</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated good judgment in making decisions.</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated experience in process automationand business applications.</li></ul><ul><li>Passion for solving business problems with Automation and AI.</li></ul><ul><li>Fluent in English and eligibility to work in Canada are pre-requisites<br><br></li></ul><p>Desiredskills areas:</p><ul><li>IBM content and BPM technologies including FileNet, CP4BA, BAW,Datacap, Case Manager</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with data platforms (SQL, NoSQL, data lakes) and analytics solutions.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of networking, security, virtualization, and storage.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiencyin cloud-native services, microservices architecture, and API design</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code</li></ul><ul><li>Microsoft Azureservicesand Microsoft 365 Power Platform</li></ul><ul><li>SAP, <span >Oracle,MicrosoftDynamics</span> knowledge including integration is a plus</li></ul><ul><li>Developer skills</li></ul><ul><li><ul><li>Programming in Python, C#, Java, or <span >JavaScript/TypeScript.</span></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><ul><li>Familiarity with frameworks like .NET Core, Spring Boot, Node.js, and front-end libraries (React, Angular).</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><ul><li>API development (RESTful,GraphQL).</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><ul><li>Experience with CI/CD scripting, Terraform, and Ansible.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><ul><li>Serverless development (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><ul><li>Database development (SQL, NoSQL) and ORM
