<p>The Institute of Human Mechanics, led by world‑renowned sports medicine physician <b>Dr. Anthony Galea</b>, is seeking a <b>Sports Medicine Physician</b> to join our dynamic team. Our clinic is recognized globally for providing top‑of‑the‑line, evidence‑based care to <b>elite athletes from all over the world</b>, as well as individuals dealing with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our two clinic locations within the Toronto area focus more on tertiary sports medicine, as opposed to primary care. We have a large referral base from orthopaedic surgeons, rheumatologists and sports medicine primary care centres.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will be a motivated, patient‑focused physician with expertise in <b>sports injury management</b>, <b>musculoskeletal ultrasound</b> and <b>ultrasound‑guided injections</b> such as <b>PRP and hyaluronic acid therapies</b> and spinal procedures under fluoroscopy. You will work within a multidisciplinary environment alongside a team of experienced clinicians who are committed to delivering exceptional, personalized care.</p>
<p>This is a rare opportunity to work in a <b>world‑class sports medicine clinic</b> known for innovation, excellence and results. Candidates must hold a valid medical license and be in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Training or experience in sports medicine, orthopaedics or related fields is a requirement. A strong background in regenerative medicine or interventional procedures is considered an asset.</p>
