The role of Senior Analyst – Performance & Analytics involves many different responsibilities.The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for building a strong partnership with a leading client within the Entertainment sector (as well as others), including internal and external agency partners.The ideal candidate must be able to proactively communicate ideas and opportunities, as well as conduct in-depth analysis to support recommendations and insights.They are also responsible for executing data quality assurance based on rigorous protocols and have strong project management skills. This role includes the ability to independently troubleshoot and address quality control issues, generate reports and analysis from data, and merge and generate data sets for analysis.This role is strategic with a strong emphasis on CRM, in particular email.Strong communication skills are critical.

Responsibilities:


· Defines analytic program needs and recommends proper analytical methodologies to execute against these programs

· Develops measurement plans and executes analysis based on requirements within the plan


· Drives process improvement and quality control for key deliverables

· Responsible for directly managing medium/large ad-hoc projects and communicating status updates to key stakeholders


· Supports analytic implementation, documentation and strategy on new approaches for analytical projects and future opportunities

· Identifies opportunities to implement new processes, tools, techniques and analytical frameworks designed to better serve our customers and increase department operating efficiencies


· Identifies opportunities and provides recommendations for testing, personalization, targeting and overall digital marketing strategy

· Leads analytics related communications with the client leads


· Develops a strong client relationship and is viewed as an Analytics SME

Education and Experience:


  • Must have experience of CRM-related analytics, particularly email
  • Experience with SFMC and PowerBI (or equivalent), is required
  • Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of identifying significance
  • Pride in work product with high accountability, initiative, and thought leadership
  • Must be able to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Highly accountable with the ability to work well within a group, as well as independently

· Highly self-motivated, professional with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment with minimal supervision

· Self-starter with 3+ years of analytic experience in an Agency or Marketing environment a plus
