<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as an independent lead, with an overall 10 years of CDM experience</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Job Duties:</b></p><ul><li>The role involves independently managing the end-to-end delivery of data management services for clinical research projects, ensuring high-quality, timely, and budget-compliant outcomes that meet customer expectations. The selected candidate will provide leadership and vision to the team in the areas of data management project planning, execution, and close-out; financial management; communications; and milestone deliverables.</li><li>Team Environment: Dedicated FSP Partnership</li><li>Hard Requirements: (candidates that do not meet the minimum criteria will not be accepted)</li><li>Experience serving as primary point of contact for customer on data management deliverables.</li><li>Experience managing multiple large global studies or program of global studies.</li><li>Experience leading direct negotiations with customer, e.g., timelines, financial, process, resources.</li><li>Experience providing training and development on data management expertise to junior team members.</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
