YOUR IMPACT

The Senior Manager, HR Enterprise Applications leads a team of Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) responsible for enabling global HR processes through robust and scalable technology solutions. This role combines strong leadership with deep technical expertise, driving the strategy, design, and delivery of HR systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors.

The ideal candidate will bring architectural-level understanding of system integration, data flow, and process automation, along with experience leading payroll system implementations across multiple regions.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS


• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts, fostering skill growth, ownership, and delivery excellence across HR technology initiatives.
• Provide end-to-end oversight of HR applications including SAP SuccessFactors, Global Payroll platforms, integrations, and vendor relationships.
• Design and oversee scalable, secure, and integrated solutions within SAP SuccessFactors and related platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs.
• Oversee the configuration and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central and other modules), ensuring systems are secure, efficient, user-friendly, and aligned to global HR business needs.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications to guide development and configuration.
• Ensure ongoing data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Act as a key liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration, support, and strategic alignment.
• Oversee system issue resolution, change management processes, and drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the HR technology roadmap in partnership with the Senior Director and Product Owner, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED


• 10+ years of experience in HR enterprise applications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing both SaaS applications.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, enterprise architecture, and application lifecycle management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience managing full lifecycle projects and delivering positive outcomes at scale.
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives while managing day-to-day operations effectively.
• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
